Fitness Plan, Week Four – Runner’s Low
This is the only picture I managed to take on this morning’s run. I took it while hunched over, wheezing onto my knees.
The only good thing I can say about today’s run is that it’s over.
And that, apparently, I have good blood circulation, judging by the extreme bulginess of the veins in my hand.
And, the road to fitness continues! (boo, hiss)
