Winter Cocktail: Tom and Ruby

Winter Cocktail: Tom and Ruby

This drink is named after my stepmother. Let me explain. Pay attention, as this will not be so easy to follow after you’ve had a Tom and Ruby. My brother’s mother was my father’s first wife.
